Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator for direct-hire!

Our client is an established General Contractor that specializes in cannabis design, engineering, and consultations.  They assist in planning through construction.   This will be a dual role of Project Management as well as some estimating.  

Duties: 
-Reviewing job plans and keeping projects on time
-Establishing working relationships with subcontractors
-Following/Creating Gantt Charts
-Procuring Equipment when needed

This will be hybrid role- Medical coverage will be covered 100% by the company. Pay is $100k/year.

Qualifications:
-3+ Years as a Project Manager or Estimator in Commercial Construction
-Must be familiar with construction software and proficient
-Have the ability to do estimating of projects
-Must be able to do a 2-3 project look ahead
